Raised in a musical family in West Michigan and polished at Michigan State and UT-Austin, bassist and trombonist Judah Guerra carries a "refreshing" reverence for the jazz tradition. Having shared stages with heavyweights from Xavier Davis and Joel Frahm to Summer Camargo and Aubrey Logan, Guerra recently documented his initial journey on his debut album, Student of the Way.
